I'm glad it's going to be on Tetris Forever despite not really being Tetris, just because yeah, it feels like the norm is not knowing it even exists. At least comparatively.
I picked up an NES cartridge of this about 15 years ago and I adored it! I’m really pleased to see you come across it and write it up (and I learned about the versions I have not played)!
Glad you liked it! I'd been meaning to get to this game forever, and it being part of Tetris Forever reminded me I needed to really get on that. So when I was at first recovering from my knee surgery last month I was like "sure I'll play four versions of Hatris what else am I going to do"
Never heard of Hatris! What a cool concept. Maybe it's time an indie game replicates it...
