When I first saw the title I got it mixed up in my head with Kirby Avalanche and was thinking 'isn't this the one where Kirby is randomly rude,' glad to see that isn't the case. Hearing about the history of the SNES's discontinuation in different regions was unexpected but interesting.
The lack of official translation is a real bummer for the NSO titles finally getting their first official 'English' release, been feeling that with Panel de Pon and Joy Mech Fight. I should not be coming away from the NSO library feeling the unofficial emulation is the superior option. Also huh, now this is making me wonder when Mysterious Murasame Castle is coming to NSO, since it got the same deal of finally coming West but untranslated.
It seems like the days of bothering to localize something like Sin and Punishment before releasing it are over, and probably because they're not charging for these, not really. (I know they didn't localize Mysterious Murasame but they did at least include a digital manual to explain the section where you could have used localizing.) Just one more reason I miss Virtual Console and the potential of a platform like that.
