They nearly included it in one of those early Sonic compilations, but then changed their mind, and the rumor was that it was because they were having issues emulating it well. You'd think someone could figure it out by now, but then again, the modern emulator I used it on didn't exactly wow, either.
I know this game isn't very good, but I wish Sega would include it in one of their many Genesis/Sonic compilations, as I've always wanted to try it.
